stihl 290 vs shindaiwa 577

I have the 488p and a 280ts. Just purchased aT262xs line trimmer, my third one in 17 years commercial lawnmowing. I gave the old one to my cousin. Never had a problem with any Shindaiwa product and the local dealer is excellent. Like most outdoor power equipment it comes down to personal preference and how well it is maintained. I have used Stihl before but the price put me off and the local dealer is quite arrogant and will not touch saws that he has not sold himself including parallel imported genuine Stihl saws.

Mate it doesn't matter which saw cuts faster. The 290 is a cheaply made saw and the Shindaiwa is a Pro saw and will last many years of abuse

Shindaiwa es mucho mas durarera en el tiempo que la sthil 290 las dos cortan casi igual la diferencia esta en lo que dura sus componentes en los años sthil 290 esta echa para durar mucho menos que la 557

shindaiwa is a rebadged echo and will run forever tune the carb will run circles around the stihl
