Getting Stronger in Riders of Icarus (without leveling)

This is a part 2 to the "How to get Stronger" video I made a few weeks ago. In this video we'll go over refining stones, honing stones, transcendence stones, vouchers and skill books, where to get high level tempering stones, and understanding what your stats do. Just a suggestion but most magic classes use cast time on there crossbows since int and magic attack dont give much on them
