What a fab vlog guys! I was lucky enough to go to the Maldives in 2019 and stayed in one of the fancy dancy hotels. Don’t get me wrong, it was out of this world but your version of a stay in the Maldives looks so much more authentic, makes me want to go back and do it all differently. We really liked where we stayed but if you’re looking for something more luxurious I believe Ranthari may be worth looking at. It has a rooftop pool. There is lots of accommodation to choose from on Ukulhas and we spent a great deal of time researching reviews on Tripadvisor/booking.com In terms of islands we were only able to visit Ukulhas due to Covid restrictions so we can’t comment on how it compares to other islands but again we did a lot of research before we left and Ukulhas came up top for us. Have a brilliant time!

Thanks for watching! And glad you enjoyed the video 😊 In terms of how long to spend on Ukulhas it’s really up to you. It’s a small island so it really depends what you want to do. We were happy to spend lots of time on the beach and in the sea but there are also day trips you can do. It probably depends on whether you are going to any other islands. If so you can probably spend less time on Ukulhas but you want enough time to be able to relax and enjoy it. Although there are only a small amount of restaurants on the island, if you’re there for a few nights it’s quite nice to be able to go to different ones. They’re fairly cheap so personally we preferred doing b&b and choosing different places for dinner. Have a great time! We wish we were going back!
