I watch these vlogs because its an encouraging reminder of the endless knowledge we can get, and how sitting back and waiting will never help you become what you want.
First, because the production value is commendable. It’s hard. Not easy.
&!! The content value is more than hard to convey, and you all do it so subtly yet so loud. Great job.
Because it reminds me of my London life before I became an unpaid carer to my 99 year old grandmother. What happens when you pull a pod episode? How do you manage the guest (and their PR team) - as a PR myself I'm curious :) And Los Angeles is my guess.
I watch because of the insight you are giving into the reality of leading at a high level, which reinforces goals I am working toward. It is reinforcing. My guess for where you'll be is Paris. What I'd like to see is more about the tools your team uses to communicate and structure across functions. How much are they empowered?

I really love the idea that if you haven’t done the work, when something good approaches it’s always the wrong time. That’s really beautiful.
And only applicable to business, not life, not love or feelings.
As an entrepreneur trying to balance the pressures of running my business while also being present for my family, I find so much value and validation in your DOAC and BTD episodes. When I find myself running on fumes, these episodes give me the inspiration to keep going. And as a therapist, I love watching the conversations with your recent guests! My guess for your location next week is Amsterdam.
What I find most amazing is how gracefully you flow through such busy weeks. Between all the public talks, podcasts, flights, team meetings, personal life etc. you always seem to be so present, to really listen and uplift fans or team members around you and to take the time to leave some golden nuggets for the audience for the behind the diary. Truly inspiring! I'll take a guess and say that you may be in Barcelona. Cheers!

LOVE the fact you rate in-person contact over Zoom contact. Whilst I so appreciate the availability of Zoom, it's so important to be in the same air space as other people. Energy of any person must be felt and it tells you far more than just the visual on a screen. Our bodies consist of multiple energy systems. They have 'conversations' with the energy systems of those we meet before we ever utter a word.
I like listening to your voice and the positivity you bring.

Just binge watched loads of these whilst stuck in bed with vertigo, although I'm not sure your lifestyle has done my spinning head any favours haha! Always enjoy these videos and your DOAC episodes. I admire your ability to retain so much knowledge and wisdom. I hope I am lucky enough to work for someone like you one day who appreciates and encourages the growth of their workforce. Thank you for sharing the behind the scene of your everyday life. I personally watch the videos because it provides valuable insights on various topic, both on the personal and professional front. It has helped me challenge myself (reading the second book was the turning point) in many aspect of my life and continue to do so every time. I'm thankful for what you have given me without realising you have done so.

My reasons for watching these vlogs are different to your podcasts. Within these vlogs, I get an insight into the way your brain and mind works, and how you deal with situations and achieve what you want from life. As someone who has recently understood she has ADHD, and having been brought up in very similar circumstances to you (from East London), I feel like my brain works somewhat similarly to yours, and hence watching YOU helps ME understand myself and my brain better.
Im also obsessed with the podcasts, but my reasons for watching are different. The podcasts provide me with value, insight, perspective and meaning into life, health & business. Whereas the vlogs hold more of a personal value.
So thank you Steven, the Education you provide quite literally transforms my life, and I find that in bettering myself, I have been able to unconsciously better the lives of those around me. I just wish this level of education could be made available to children within schools, because they need that level of understanding and perspective if not more than us, as adults :)

I stumbled across this Channel today with my nanna when we were looking for something to watch on UA-cam. She doesn’t usually watch your videos but loves watching you on Dragons Den and we really enjoyed this video! Honestly as a young adult I have learnt so much from your podcasts on how I can prepare myself in a simple way for the future to ensure I'm comfortable and stable when I retire.
