Don’t count Crowell as an upgrade. He is a different player in each game. Sometimes he’s dominant. Other times he sucks.

Mitchel Eckman plus they have the #4 pick and 3 picks in the 2nd round. #33, #35, and #64, also #65 in the 3rd. 12 picks total plus all the moves they made in free agency, the Browns are the clear winners this offseason.

Bears did what they needed, provide offensive weapons to Trubisky while maintaining their defensive core. Just need a strong draft

Legitimate starting QB in Tyrod Taylor and Josh Gordon plus Jarvis Landry. Cleveland is going to shock some people on the offensive side of the ball this next season.

Browns defense was seventeenth last year. One of the top run defenses.
Browns added TJ Carrie and EJ Gaines as well as Demarious Randall to the secondary. They only lost one player in Jason McCourty. On paper, the Browns should have a better than average defense with a solid offense. Vastly improved from last season hopefully.

Agreed on Tyrod. He can scramble, run and avoid sacks but his accuracy sucks. He's a good short-term solution but Browns will want to get rid of him in a year or two. There's a reason he was only a 5th round pick.
Definitely agree with my Ravens. I know our cap space has been restricted (stupid Flacco contract) but I still thought we would've been able to get a pretty good receiver, especially since now we lost our deep threat in Mike Wallace. Sure we signed a guy from the CFL, Michael Crabtee, and initially Ryan Grant. But the guy from the CFL is a to be seen product in the NFL, Crabtree is prone to dropping (we already have a butterfingers receiver, no thanks to Bershad "the Bust" Perriman), and Grant failed his physical for whatever reason. I thought maybe we could've signed a guy like Allen Hurns or Danny Amendola to complement Wallace. This year is definitely or make-or-break hot seat year not just with Ozzie stepping down but also whether we're going to return to playoff-caliber competitiveness or not. I think if we miss the playoffs or if we make it and lose our first game, I think a bunch of our coaching staff, particularly with Mornhinweg and Harbaugh, will and should be fired. This draft has to produce some great receivers, a couple complementary defensive playmakers, and a guy who can immediately step in as Flacco's replacement when needed.
David Copeland just Marty the O.C should be fired.... it's not Harbaugh's fault that he doesn't know how to call plays and use Flacco like he should the only thing Harbaugh did wrong was not firing him sooner.... he's not the problem...he's still a pretty good coach.... and Marty simply isn't for our offense... plain and simple so if their offense is below average like not in the top 13 in both rushing and passing... just simply fire Marty and get someone who knows how to call plays and isn't scared to do something outside-the-box

Browns are by far the biggest winner imho. I say that as a Bears fan. The Browns D is legit and TT is good enough to manage the offense witch is something they've been lacking for awhile. Landry is for real. I wouldn't be suprised if their FA additions alone will make them 4 wins better.
I love how they deliberately dance around the Eagles as a team and their great acquisitions so far then they give credit to the rams for adding weapons for their QB when Eagles definitely did the same thing and won the Superbowl with those weapons with a second string QB

As a Broncos fan, it seems like everyone is winning in the offseason with our players.
Texans are one of the winners in FA. They fixed their OL, mainly interior, and they have a LT within their team, plus Derek Newton is coming back and DQ will be playing more post-leukemia. They fixed their secondary with the acquisitions of Colvin and Mathieu. I think they can add depth in the OL and I believe they’ll draft a TE in this year’s draft to replace CJ, the best TE in the class will be drafted around the 3rd round.

I seriously see the Texans becoming a playoff team. I don't necessarily think they will do better than the jags, but still fit themselves at a mild card spot at 9-7 or 10-6. Only main problems are the takle situation and the tight end. (Even tho there have been some good story's about our new 6' 6 280lb TE Jordan Thomas)

Not saying it really matters with what they're talking about but how many of these guys do you think even played high school football?
Seems like most people have a cautious approach to the Browns decisions which makes sense, but at least they are not sitting on their hands. Being a fan for my whole life it gives us a chance to at least compete instead of just showing up. Who knows I still want to see a good running game aka Barkley first pick.

I was happy with what the Bucs did this year, nothing too crazy but we got some pass rushers and signed one of the better centers in the league, was he overpaid? Eh the Bucs have a lot to spend and our o line was horrific last year.
I thought I was the only one that recognized this but Trevor Sieman as a backup to Cousins is not that bad , like when he played for my broncos he had some good ass games

The Rams had the best offseason. They got Aqib Talib and Marcus Peters, but I don't think that my Seahawks will be as bad as people think. 10=6 or 11-5 for us, 13-3 or 14-2 for the Rams.

The chargers are definitely a winner because they were Top 5 in almost every category with the roster they had to begin with. Rivers #2. Allen #4. #1 passing offense. The only secondary to not allow A single receiver over 90 yards. And Bosa/Ingram combined for almost 30 sacks. Chargers lost 3 games. Solely to kicking woes. Signed a kicker who’s 111/137 and a pro bowl center. If that team doesn’t make the AFC championship next year I swear to god

Its funny you talked Seahawks...they did NOT draft the O line guyes they NEEDED to make any of that stuff work. They wont even get out of the west alive...much less anywhere else. Wilson will be lucky to make it through this season without getting seriously injured...and despite all the 'feel good' optimism of drafting a a guy on DEFENSE with ONE hand, everyone needs to get real. Joseph Moore players that are acquired by trades and never became free agents aren’t free agents and Patrick Robinson was ranked as the number 6 corner last year and we got him for 5 mill a year for 4 years still a W and Demario Davis was ranked the number 8 linebacker (Bostic was ranked number 38). Davis had 135 tackles (tied for most solo tackles with 95 of them) and 5 sacks
