Penelope in your style is a perfect pairing. I didn't always love reading but now it's one of my favorite things to do. Since you like the enemies to lovers trope I think you may like Finding Gene Kelly by Torie Jean. It's about Evie who moves to Paris to get closer to her dreams of opening her own bakery but her endometriosis throws her plans off course. It has enemies to loves and fake dating. I thought it was touching and funny.
I know from experience that PCOS sucks and finding the right meds can be really frustrating. Tmi but i find that my adhd time blindness also made tracking my period with PCOS impossible before i started birth control. I hope you find a good med fit soon!
