- In this video I’m combining a Dutch pour combined with a balloon dip. I struggled throughout with this one but the end result was stunning!
For this pour, I've used Liquitex basics acrylic paints, system 3 acrylics and Brustro acrylics mixed with just water. I have kept the consistency a bit thicker than my Dutch pours. Only in the base white, I’ve added 1 part floetrol, 1 part liquitex pouring medium and 2 parts paint, further thinned with some water to get to the same consistency.

Do remember to keep it slightly thicker!
Colors- Titanium white (liquitex) as base. Top colors are deep violet (liquitex), cadmium yellow deep hue (liquitex), fluorescent pink (liquitex), mid green (Brustro), pthalo green (Brustro), brilliant purple (liquitex), aqua green (liquitex), transparent red (liquitex) and gold (system 3)

This looks so pretty, can u please share which blow torch you are using and is it necessary to use it, can we use silicon oil at its place to create texture??

What is the size of canvas?
Thank you, this is about 12 x 18 inch and beautiful couple in NY bought it. I actually put resin as a finish on this. You can see the final on my Instagram 😍
This is very pretty, but I cringed when you wiped all of the paint on the balloon off with a paper towel, then said that some artists have a second canvas ready to stamp onto, and not waste that paint. I just watched it done in another video. You said that you've done it before, too. Why not every time ?

I am just trying the balloon kiss technic My kisses look nothing like yours and sometimes look like puddles. Am I putting too much base coat down?
Hi, yes I put a very thin base coat otherwise it tends to eat the colors. Also if the first dip didn’t work out, just place the balloon again over it and dip again. 2-3 is fine, more than that makes it muddy. Are you using just paint and water like I did? Or you can use floetrol paint and some water too. Also dip the balloon firmly down. Good luck
@@mohanimabyrakhijha5276 My white or black base is mixed with floetrol and a little water. A lot of paints I am buying are the pre mixed paints. If I have to mix them I use the Floetrol and water with them.

I would blow the Dutch pour up from the bottom not from the middle up. You’re missing some great colors. Beautiful overall painting.
