i have been offered to take over and subway in Stockholm sweden. The developer said that the currently owner has 3 franchises right now ( restaurants ) and want to sell all the three of them because he has kid and a lot of work to do and he going to get back to a 9 - 5 job. Is this a trap? why would someone sell all. the threee locations. should I take over 1 one of them. what should I look for? I don't want to get scammed I want to earn money. I don't want to end up with a lot of debts and loans. Give me some tips.
