One of my favorite movies of all time is "The Grey Fox" starring Richard Farnsworth. Farnsworth, in my mind, nailed the character of Miner. Miner is credited with having coined the expression "Hands up". Miner was also known as "The Gentleman Bandit" as he was always polite and gentle even to those he was robbing! I believe from lore Miner never hurt anyone during any commissions of his crimes!
