waterfront complex? i find it quite simple
i'm surprised how many got this joke
"What's upstairs"? It can't talk.
The bird flu? Yeah they tend to do that
Shrimp fried rice? Did it really?
Ba DUM tssss
Ah yes. Weird, my favorite instrument.
Some frog quacking
oua
That intense bass is godly. Thank you
Never knew how much I needed 14:26 until I heard it
Too bad it's so quiet.
somehow hearing all the layers slowly build up slowly makes me apreciate this game soundrack so much more
I always noticed it subconsciously but never gave much thought to how much unique dynamic music rain world has for each of its areas.
Yeah for real, like you can usually tell from the music alone when a vulture is coming, the dynamic music is so incredibly well done
no shitadel threat music 😢
5:46 The bass is intense, and I love it.
That Pad is so good man and it's weird nobody else talks about it
Yes
The synth is the best part, while the bass is the second best part
that's what I'm about to say
It fits so good with the bass ong
idk about anyone else but when I was in Waterfront the pad was 99% of what I heard, it's weird I haven't seen a mix on YT that loops the pad because that is the best part imo
I like how this is still like Shoreline threat music (cuz this is shoreline but when moon was still alive) but the sounds is more metallic and robotic... Bc moon is alive
the first time i heard this song was a few days ago as artificer, i heard the alternate average threat bc of those monster kelps (you know the ones) and it fucking blew my mind i was like woah man this isnt shoreline anymore but it fucking used to be
more like "this isnt shoreline yet but it fucking will be"
I like to listen to the rain world threat music on bass boast with my Bluetooth headphones cause I swear the bass in some of the threat music is to die for(not literally)
"its to die for" *gets chomped by a leviathan *
@@ruffus_da_foxo lmao
Outskirts’ bass layer makes me wanna ascend.
*_…not in a way that you think by the game’s logic, nor by a green, fluffy, slugcat mind you_* 😅
That bass makes me unreasonably scared for some reason
The game has successfully pavlov'd you
the aquapede is coming swim faster.
I've been waiting for this one, that pad layer is SO good
i was looking for this ever since i heard the waterfront theme around those monster kelp plants
The other layers: intense, loud, banger
Weird: *tiny uuüræ*
It's funny that they didn't use this song for The Rivulet. This is actually from The Spear Master, and even then, it's criminally underutilized. This should have been the main threat song for the areas where you have to use the Antigravitational ball.
I didn't recognize it until it got to the higher threat levels (why do Spearmaster gotta be so difficult?)
@@ferret77 You're supposed to be good at it by then. Playing the campaigns out of order will only set you back.
@@jassykatDoesn't matter how good you are if things go wrong enough. The real skill you need in Rain World is perseverance and patience.
@@cononsberg6919 🤓👆🏼
arti can go to waterfront too
10:22 truly the best part of this threat theme
Mans a survivor

@@boopboop9034 Is this about my pfp or that fact that i managed to hear this part of the soundtrack in game?
@@Lightningmcblue yes.
@@boopboop9034yes
the best parts:
1. Pad
2. Bass
3. Kick
Honorable mention: Arps
I Genuinely love this! Thank you for making these! The Shoreline Arps are a absolute blast.
probably the best threat theme in the game
groovy
Whenever I hear this banger I hear max threat. WF loves putting vultures and cyans.
The amount of work put into these thank you so much can't wait for the next track :)
First hearing this I was panicking about the water lizard but vibing out at the same time. It was a weird mix of hype and fear hearing that shoreline remix 😂
I wish the bass layer was more prominent at full threat
Could we please get the Gutter variant of Chimney Canopy next?
Do you have the individual mp3 files for each instrument, i would appreciate it for this one and the others
I second this
third lol
ZombiemanF uploaded all…*all*…the threat layers recently 👀✨
YES IT'S HERE! Thanks so much the baseline is so good
The moment I heard Weird, I yelled, "Wait, Shoreline?" At near midnight.
Shoreline ptsd real
5:46 is where it's AT
Whenever I’m there I keep thinking I’m in shoreline and walk into dead ends because It messes with my memory
Weird is the best layer, change my mind

Hearing the full mix of Waterfront Complex, I just realized that it’s a remix of Shorline
How??
@@PoisonFlower765
The arps are the same as Shoreline’s threat music, but the rest of the instruments are in a different beat, and melody from Shoreline’s.
@@Camphreneas no, how did it take you so long to figure it out?
@@PoisonFlower765
I only just found out about Rain World at the time ;_;
I love this, but those goddamn ads really enjoy hitting the double unskippable right at the high threat and with me having an absolute vibe with extremely loud volume it hits like a train
Best threat music in the game (im biased though because shoreline and wf are my favorite regions)
Could you do the outer expanse variants?
*Cassually playing arti*
*Hears arps*
*Shoreline ptsd*
*Shanked by scavvie.*
That was fast. Nice work.
can you do chimney canopy gutter thread? outer expanse at nighttime and in sunken pier also have variations
There is no rain in Outer Expanse?
@@jcdenton6427yes, there isn't a rains, but sunken pier have rain
They should've also used this for submerged superstructure
The bass is so damn cool.
Took me a good second to realize this was Shoreline but from the past.
8:40 my beloved
I feel a slight aura of octo expansion here...

pad goes hard
HELL YEAH!!!
Is this the actual Waterfront facility threat
Yea?
I heard this before I ever went to waterfront facility, and i thought, oh ok, this is my favourite threat music its going to be such a vibe when i get there. But for some reason it only played up to average threat 2??? Like, even while tousling with a monster kelp or a king vulture in precipice it would never play the full threat music? Maybe its because i was playing spearmaster, and as spearmaster i really like to keep distance with enemies? Idk, it kinda felt like a disappointment to me. The actual music is still a vibe tho :)
I think they base the music on low, mid, and high level threats but If you correlate low = 1 mid = 2 and high = 3 I think you’d need a 4 or higher threat to get the full soundtrack. I only heard it when I had 2 lizards and a mirros vulture on screen
@@johnmathis952 a miros whhat-
Those spawn there!?
The pad tho
Ah yes, the theme of... run!
Only problem is you are rivulet.
me listening to one and a half minutes of kick
the better shoreline beat
hey wait a minute-
i hate that they got the name wrong in the waterfront facility threat theme
I feel like this version is slightly out of sync with the timing of the bass and the arp.
