Why does consultant a being honest/dishonest matter to you? If you have enough intellect to perform a google search and to understand basic english, you can look at all the immigration streams by yourself on the internet.
@@sukhmanmann6199 for me its not, i have never been to a consultant, i know young people who are exploited by consultants. When young people are vulnerable these ruthless consultants make huge money. if basic english search is enough, then why ask kubeir exists ?

I'm a pharmacist from Pakistan. I graduated and got my degree in Sep 2020. I started my job on 1st Oct 2020 as trainee pharmacist on a retail pharmacy. Then I got promoted to junior and then senior pharmacist. I got my license on 18th Jan 2022.
Now what will the date I qualified to practice in my occupation.
My NOC code is 31120.
I applied without spouse and my CRS was 377 and recently i got nomination from OINP Cut-off (352) .
Now i am willing to add my spouse but my CRS is dropped to exact *352*. Is it risky to add spouse in such scenario? Should i take this decision ?
What about business and management students?
My work experience while iam studying can give me crs points or not??

Hello Sir, My brother SOWP holder without TRV travelled to India on an emergency case, and now he can not come back to Canada without TRV. Can he travel to the US and come to Canada by road without TRV, pls?
No he will need TRV at canada us border too but if your brother have received ppr recently (within 30 days ) then he can get it stamped his passport in india and if not then he need to apply for temporary resident visa (which is technically visitors visa) and it will take barely 15-30 days to get approved and then he can send his passport for stamping and come back to canada.

I am curious why hasn't IRCC taken action against social media influencers deviating from their role as educators on Canadian life and education to offering unauthorized immigration advice and 'Easy PR Hacks,' charging for consultations without proper qualifications? A lot of the mess in the Canadian Immigration system is a direct consequence of these UA-cam ninja's, in addition to dodgy overseas consultants.
How does IRCC plan to address this growing menace?
There is this immigration agency company in India that is offering an LMIA from Alberta Province in the Tech Pathway Stream for 40 Lakhs Indian Rupees plus taxes. How genuine is this offer? Is it legal? The company says it is 100% legal and safe.
