  • Veal schnitzels with mushrooms in a fine sauce. Natural steaks as soft as butter
    Soft restaurant-style veal in a fine mushroom sauce. A recipe that we are always happy to prepare and a meal that no one refuses. The meat is irresistibly soft and tasty, you can cut it with a fork.
    INGREDIENTS :
    veal thigh
    mushrooms
    olive oil
    salt and pepper
    dry spice mix
    beef stock
    parsley
    garlic
    RECIPE:
    ✅ Cut the veal from the thigh into steaks. Make a cut on the side with a knife so that the meat is not tough and break it apart with a hammer
    ✅ Season with: oil, olive oil, salt and pepper and, if desired, dry spices. Leave in the refrigerator for 60 minutes so that the meat absorbs all the spices
    ✅ Fry the veal briefly, both sides
    ✅ Remove the meat and add the mushrooms that we previously washed and cut into small pieces
    ✅ Fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce and paprika and return the meat
    ✅ Add beef stock as needed and simmer for a total of 30 - 45 minutes
    ✅ Add garlic, and finally parsley and spices to taste
