100% agree about putting out the slurry cannnot understand lads spreading for days so early in the year a pure waste , another slatted tank wouldn’t be long paying for itself with the price of fertiliser
It’s not that black and white , soil temps a lot higher for example in south of country , I see great results already from slurry spread 2 wks ago

Nice machine. Would be good to have a fork on the front to use at silage time. Before Christmas I was wondering what did you finally decide to do with this ground. Also, would you be able to make a video in the coming months about the reclaimed land you did 3-4 years ago ? How it looks now, would you have done something different ? that sort of thing. Hope these storms haven't caused much damage to your farm.Many thanks

Those articulated loaders are quite aqward when you are going in tight places, you can get your self "stuck" with the pivoting or hitting something on the way out :p
Those Volvos are popular around here for pushing grass into the pit during silage

There is old blocks from the old silage wall. Not really any good for building. Yea they are a great machine

What ever works for ya.bit of early slurry is good. It’s the putting it out before heavy rain and it getting washed into the rivers and streams I see the problem with.
