His arm isn't a liability, though. It's not super strong but it's good enough. Now pair that with what nobody else has in this class and most others in terms of what he's able to do as a runner. His ability there has very few peers...Lamar, Vick, Randall Cunningham, maybe Justin Fields? And to answer your question, how did Stroud do? His arm is in that tier. You don't need to throw it 65 yards in the air to be successful. That's nice and all, but even your Josh Allen's...how often is he making a 65 yard throw per year? Once a year? Maybe not even that.
