About Spider-Man: Homecoming / A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.). About Spider-Man: Far From Home / Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, Peter Parker (Tom Holland) returns in Spider-Man: Far From Home. Our friendly neighborhood Super Hero decides to join his best friends Ned, MJ, and the rest of the gang on a European vacation. However, Peter’s plan to leave super heroics behind for a few weeks is quickly scrapped when he begrudgingly agrees to help Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) uncover the mystery of several elemental creature attacks. Spider-Man and Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) join forces to fight the havoc unleashed across the continent but all is not as it seems.

Ned is so great on being a friend, that he promise he would never become a supervillain bend on destroying spiderman. Totally unlike the other two harrys who were suppose to be Peter’s best friend.
Ned is such a out of the box character, Ned will always end up helping Peter and never dying or becoming a enemy. They should keep him constant. The only way to progress his character is actually give him incredible powers…and actually show that Ned would rather stay home and work on the Star Wars Lego projects…than take over the world or mass riches for himself. He would just follow Peter to help others.
In the comics Ned Leeds becomes the hobgoblin, so, you never know amirite? 🤷♂️
Their friendship is so much better than the ones Peter had with Harry in either Raimi and Webb movies.

Well, that’s because it’s an entirely different character altogether. Ned is not Harry.
The friendship of Peter with Harry in the Webb was forced and underdeveloped, leading to a sudden arc where Harry needed Peter's blood which was one of the reasons TASM2 wasn't well received
However, Andrew nailed every other aspect of Spider-Man
