    Speaker's Profile:
Shri J Sai Deepak is an engineer-turned-litigator practicing as an arguing counsel before the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Anna University (2002-06) and a bachelor’s degree in law from IIT Kharagpur (2006- 09). Civil Commercial litigation, Constitutional law, and Competition law are his primary areas of practice.
He has been involved in numerous important cases, including those involving the Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple, the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple, the Basmati Geographical Indications, and the Indian Penal Code’s Marital Rape Exception. He received the Young Alumni Achiever’s Award from his home institution, IIT Kharagpur, in 2019. In addition to giving lectures on constitutional matters, he produces plenty of material for prestigious newspapers and periodicals.
    About the book:
India, That Is Bharat, the first book of a comprehensive trilogy, explores the influence of European 'colonial consciousness', in particular its religious and racial roots, on Bharat as the successor state to the Indic civilization and the origins of the Indian Constitution.
India, Bharat and Pakistan, the second book of the Bharat Trilogy, takes the discussion forward. It explores the combined influence of European and Middle Eastern colonialities on Bharat as the successor state to the Indic civilization, and on the origins of the Indian Constitution. To this end, the book traces the thought continuum of Middle Eastern coloniality from the rise of Islamic Revivalism in the 1740s following the decline of the Mughal Empire, which presaged the idea of Pakistan, until the end of the Khilafat Movement in 1924, which cemented the road to Pakistan. The book also describes the collaboration of convenience that was forged between the proponents of Middle Eastern coloniality and the British colonial establishment to the detriment of the Indic civilization.
This Interactive discussion with Shri J Sai Deepak was held on 30th October 2022 at CLT, IIT Madras.

Sai Deepak never ceases to wonder me.
Every line of what he says wherefrom he draws the material.
Again none of them are casual statements.
They always have some connection with what he has said earlier.
    Like a Spider's Web….finally all get connected.
    From the angle of Civilization…
    From the angle of History…
    From the angle of Logic…
From the angle of Truth (most important)…
    From the angle of Dharma…
From the angle of Lucid Understanding…
    From the angle of Clarity…
From the angle of English Language…
    From the angle of Meaning…
    From the angle of Spontaniety…
I am tired of going any further…..
But the angle ….doesn't stop here…
    The Grand connection he makes…
Like the Camera fitted on a Drone…
    As it soars higher…
You can have a clear view …
And relate it to other places in the view…
Again the Drone Camera comes down…
    Sorry …the Drone Camera doesn't come down…
He merely adjusts the size of the view…
    By his Unique Memory, Knowledge,
    The Uniqueness doesn't stop here.

I agree that Kshatradharma is necessary but feudal mindset and narcissism of those in power is not. We need to learn to make a distinction.

What the hell of this non sense Kshatradharma ? In modern state there is no such concept bear any relevance. For the security of the state there is professional army where anyone eligible can join and no biased towards any caste, creed must be tolerated in that institution.
For internal law and order there is another civil armed professionals -- the police and same principle to be applied there.
The moment we start violate any iota of this contract , the country would be in peril , that's for 100% guaranteed.
