I have this phone and it's a nightmare to put it back together when I'm finished, I'm using B-7000 adhesive but there's always a corner that pops out after a couple of days. Since the phone has a big fat belly on the back it's hard to apply equal pressure on it.
i found them to be annoying to repair, but then again i found that with most of the Sony Xperia Z series

Mine always lifts on the bottom right side. after 3 weeks the screen has black lines because of that persistent pressure. How do you deal with that?
sorry but not many suggestions
the lifting will be the glue or tape failing
the black lines would be a failing screen
same thing happened to me when I changed the screen. going to try to replace it again.
