"God Only Knows" for Bassoon Ensemble

"God Only Knows" by The Beach Boys from their album entitled, "Pet Sounds". This album is often regarded as one of the most influential and progressive pop records ever produced and this song is a phenomenal showcase of both Brian Wilson's songwriting and the production and engineering.
The album includes some unique instruments unfamiliar to pop songs at the time including: sleigh bells, bicycle horns, harpsichord, timpani, bass harmonica, electro-theremin, bongos, and an English horn.
Even with all of those instruments, I still think the album could use a bassoon or two 😉
