- Check out my other video on how to become a licensed architect in the US: • How to Become a Licens...
I am officailly a registered architect! I haven't made a video in several months because I have been taking the Architect Registration Exams! I have always wanted to design buildings, and the license is a necessary step towards that goal. I had to take some time away from uploading youtube videos to focus on studying because it took up all my time. But I knew that making the sacrifice would pay off, not only because it was such a big goal of mine, but also because it would enable me to make better youtube videos for you!
Thanks for checking out my videos! I hope they help!
Architect, Drew Paul Bell (of www.DrewPaulBel...)
I am going to start architecture this year, and all i have to say is thank you. For me starting archirecture was scary and I wasn't even sure if I wanted to do it. But thanks to yiur channel I understand more about the sacrifice and hwmow well it can pay off. Thinking of me as a full liscenced architect is something that brings me lots of joy and I hope that when the time comes I can be able to handle it well. Good luck to you my friend! And congratulations
I’m glad I can help! I hope it goes well. Keep me posted!
I'm so grateful for your example,,,it really help us all!!!!
I really do like your videos and the way how you explain everything 👍
I have questions about can I take my ARE exams before I done with AXP hours?
I really appreciate your answer🙏
Yes you can. You have to apply for eligibility with your jurisdiction. It’s called “concurrence.” They began allowing candidates to take the exams and do AXP/IDP concurrently within the last 10 years, so it relatively new.
I am so glad I found this video! Im on ARE 5.0 and am having a really hard time with these exams. I passed a couple on 4.0 and have 3 left but have found it very hard to motivate myself. this video just lit a fire in me. Thx. Just subbed too. Look forward to learning more from you! Cheers!
Your channel is awesome! I found your channel today and gained a lot of knowledge from your videos. I'm a junior in high school still trying to decide between civil engineering and architecture, but no worries because I still have 2 years😁. Congrats from GA as well! lol
Thank you 🙏 I hope junior year goes well 👍
Congratulations Bro. Being there.....is what being is all about.......! The real WOW begins now! So excited for you , and the community! 😄
Thank you! Exactly! The exam is not the end, it’s the beginning lol. I’m excited too, thanks for the support!
You're back! Congrats!! Can you believe that just yesterday I was remembering your channel?? I also checked several times if you had any new videos lol thanks for posting, even though I don't study in the US all your videos have helped in some way. In my first year of arch I found your channel, now in my third year a few things have gotten easier and plenty harder.. but it's all worth it! 💪💪 Congratulations Architect!
Thanks so much man! I appreciate it 🙏
So glad to hear your hard work has paid off. I was only thinking a couple weeks ago what you might be up to. I totally understand sacrificing to better yourself and why the videos had to be placed on pause. I am in the same situation atm (not registering but other things). Good to have you back mate
Thanks! I’m glad you understand. Prioritize and execute! Good luck!
Congrats man
Thank you!

I'm so happy to hear this Drew, great job!!! I'd love to start seeing more videos, and I completely understand the transition period. There's a reason why people watch your videos and not the other millions; you're genuine and thoughtful. I've always enjoyed that side of your character and content. Never lose it! Cheers to your next step

Congrats! Your videos have helped me a ton throughout my two years of being an architectural student and still do/will as I continue to obtain both my bachelors and masters degree of architecture. At times, I doubted myself of staying in this type of field, but I found that I was pushing my passion away instead of my fears. I’m very excited for more of your videos to come and how your future as an architect successfully develops! Great job!!
Thanks so much! I’m glad to hear my videos have helped!!

Thank you!!!!
Hey Mr Drew Paul Bell,.You have just taken/earned the mission that will likely take my a decade from now for me to accomplish Congrats sir
Thank you!
Drew Paul Bell kindly say something to me Mr Drew, I'm a Nigerian Male 24yr in sept..
I dropped out of architectural school a couple of years back, going back to an even better architectural school in December for a 5 yrs college degree.
I like to believe that I dropped out the first time because I was mentally and financially unprepared,. Any tip for me this time? I'm investing a very decisive decade of my life now.
One of Robert Greene’s 48 Laws of Power is: “successful people don’t make right decisions. They make their decisions right.” And I think that’s the best piece of advice I have to give. Best of luck!
Drew Paul Bell thanks, thanks for this, thanks for your success I'll keep the quote in mind and I promise to feed you back with success stories. I hope you won't stop climbing.
Congrats nice to meet you at a18con. Keep in touch.
Great meeting you too! Thanks For reaching out!
Congratulations bro, im 30 years old and a bit of a late bloomer, i just wanted to know what advice you can give someone that is as seasoned as my self going after my degree in Architecture.
So awesome dude. 3 more years of school for me!!
Awesome! Thanks!
Congratulation bro. Can you suggest me how to start my professional life in a control way
Thanks! The #1 piece of advice I can give is to define what you want from your professional life. Write down exactly the type of roll you want in a firm, what type of projects you want to work on, how much money you want to make, what city you want to work in, how big of a firm do you want to work in, etc. Once you have these goals established work to move yourself closer to those goals and find mentors who have what you want and ask for their advice and do what they did.
😁😁😁😁
Congrats how long have you been out of school?
Thank you! I have been out for 4 years.
Congratulations! I hope you have fantastic career.
But i hope in the future licensing will either not exist or will be drastically differant and less painstaking (and unneccery if you got talent outside of school)
Thank you!
I think we need licensing because architecture requires a lot of skill and uses a lot of resources. It should only be done by professionals who have a proper amount of experience because the risk is so high. But thank you for your support!
Congrats! How old are you btw?
Thanks! I turned 27 a few months ago.
Good to have you back !
Thanks!
congrats..but please stop talking like you have 40 years of experience
Wow. Salty much? 🙄 lol
Congrats man
Congratulations!
Thank you 🙏
