I'm in the middle of burnout in very similar circumstances to Victoria and I've been doing a very similar stocktake and noticing the same patterns as she did (and I also have ADHD!). It's been great thinking for myself and coming up with my own way forward, but voices like hers are just invaluable to me both in terms of deepening my understanding and giving me new ideas about ways to heal and live differently. You made such a big difference to me with your attachment theory work Thais and now you're doing it again with this, thank you 🙏

Having had major GI issues for nearly a year, with some recent improvement, the timeliness of this is amazing.
Have you ever tried bone broth. It always heals my gi issues ❤
