Her mom and brother have a intellectual disability and I think she does too but her condition what starves her brain makes it worse on top of the trauma she has that also causes her to regress

And I know that recovery is a very long process, you don't get better overnight, but she filmed that video of her "eating" a lobster roll a month ago. It was just posted recently, but she took that trip to New Hampshire in March. It's nice to see her eating on camera, it is a positive step, but if she doesn't do it when she's not filming, then it doesn't even matter.
