This is just an advertisement for C'EST Moi skincare (she's their spokesperson). Personally, I'd rather see routines that aren't by people doing a paid endorsement.
Well she’s an ambassador for the company, and as far as I’ve seen, she really advocates for it and believes in it. Its also not a bad brand.. having said that Hyram mentioned in his video that upon having a contract You have to use 50-60% of the companies products in these types of videos.

Idk where I heard this but I heard someone say that it’s better to have a lot of people doing vegan imperfectly than just a few doing vegan perfectly (I may have butchered that but I think that’s the gist of it)
That’s true! Every bit is helpful to reduce pollution but the most common example I hear is that it’s better for millions of people to only stop using plastic water bottles than it is for thousands of people to be totally vegan. The “imperfect vegan” method also works better because it decreases the pressure on individuals, which makes them more likely to continue whatever waste-reducing methods they have.
I went to one off the most famous dermatologist in my town, she didn't know what a cleansing oil was and didn't wanted to prescribe a retinoid because you only suppose to wear them in winter, told me to go back in a few months, I live in Brazil we have no winter here. Got so disappointed.

I have skin allergies, and have an amazing doctor who literally saved my life when I was a child. Yet when I tried to consult him about my pimples he gave me some generic acne product who was trash. I suggest you to search for another dermatologist that specialize in treating acne/your condition based on recommendations!
Flavia, i live in brazil to!! When i was treating acne i used retinoids in Belém (so close to the Equador line), i lived there for 2 years. If you wanna use it, you can, but you better be super careful with your sun protection! I have zero hyperpigmentation from that time. I'm from Rio and one good thing about this quarantine is that i'm back at tretinoin. Normally i use once a year (may to August), you have to find one dermatologist that is ok with that.
@Clementina Yael Severina M. 😄 you know, it's not otc, but they don't ask the prescription! It's bad, they should ask for that, even tretinoin is easy to get. But i got mine with a dermatologist that made 0.5% tretinoin + glycerine + hyaluronic acid.
I'd say the reason that bamboo toothbrush are waaay better than plastic is because they're compostable, and that's what you should be doing with you bamboo toothbrush, don't throw it away, compost it! :)
Hey I'm a chemical engineer and I study how things break down, I can tell you that a bamboo toothbrush also will not break down, especially the bristles
La vie En rose I would say toothbrushes have a very small impact compared to single use packaging, so limit that instead. It's way worse to make a new product, so I would say if you get free toothbrushes from your dentist use those! Instead of buying a new one
I remember seeing a package that comes with tons of small bamboo toothbrushes. Since they're small and in only one package maybe that's the way to go plus it's convenient to stock up. Or there is a style where you just replace the head each time for less waste. I bet there are other options though so I wanna look into this more...

How do people brush and scrub their lips after putting on everything on face? If I do that, I end up losing a lot of products from around my mouth. I have to put them all over again. I brush my teeth before I do anything else.

Some people do like to use mostly one brand tho, especially if you have some restrictions like veganism and such, sticking to one that works is just easier.
Well she is an embassador of the brand. The hope is that if you are an embassador you actually believe in the brand and its products. She is not only being paid by them for this video specifically at least.

I think that big/heavy of a towel can strain/break the hair especially if it's wet. Glad female facial hair was mentioned for once. Would love to hear Susan's thoughts on sugaring, threading, waxing, etc. Glad to hear Dr. Bronner's brand opinions cause being in health-focused and hippie sorta circles for years I've found it SO popular and I've often used it but wonder about it. Is there another video that discusses it more? Interesting about the bamboo toothbrush!
