Ig domicile upload Krna is not necessary but if you can upload it.... It increases your chances of getting into the NLU of your home state..... And there is no general certificate then how will you upload it?
Today I filled the form I got option of private uni not gov recruitment. Does that a case in yours as well. Haan Two options hi aa rahe hain CONSENT or DO NOT CONSENT
Sir NLU preference link will be available after declaration of results it says,only those eligible for counseling can update preferences I think

Not at all possible because as he is still in 11standard he can attempt exam in 12 standard

Generally at the time of document verification if a document is found wrong they will ask you to upload the correct document so don't worry
