The best haircut in Patong is at a barber shop located adjacent to the Lone Bar on Bangla Road. (It is connected to the bar by a door, but it is separate establishment.) It is a stones throw from the big overhead sign at the east end of the famous part of Bangla road. Make sure your barber is the older guy from Burma who's chair is at the back of the shop.
4:02 first thing to be noticed, more shoes and sandals outside than the pair of feet on the ground floor. That was a major sign, there were more people somewhere inside....
