Fallout New Vegas Melee Only Very Hard Hardcore Permadeath All DLC(Lightly Modded) EP.1

Lightly modded meaning bug fixes,some minor visuals,lStewie with some extra options enabled which I showcased in episode 1(remained the same throughout),sprinting, some minor QoL.Game balance should be the same as actual vanilla.
Rules:
-1 life only,very hard-hardcore
-Fight only with melee and unarmed
-Complete all dlcs and base game,reach level 50
-Can not sprint or jump skip against major threats
-Don't abuse exploits
-Don't abuse save/load,cannot escape death by loading,can only load when you are not in serious danger
Clarifications:
-I can use anything I want as long as it's not against an enemy however I consider detonating nukes in L.R as an environmental thing rather than fighting even though it could harm enemies.
-Thrown weapons are allowed
-Sprinting and jump skipping is meant to speed up the boring parts of the game like traveling and in fights which don't involve serious danger.
-FNV is buggy and peculiar in that it is choice-heavy.Some results require specific actions with no space for error.
e.x Idolised by a faction but you missclicked and stole a pencil?You aggroed everyone and their mother and potentially perma ruined your reputation with said faction.This doesn't make sense and it's human error,save loading to fix obvious unintentional fuck ups is allowed.
However e.x save loading until you successfully plant a live explosive on someone is not okay as I'd consider it a violation of the first rule and borderline an exploit.
