I have a problem....I tried to install wincc explorer v7.4 and open it but it keeps sending me an error about couldn't connect the server and I tried every available solution I know to fix it like sql 14 configuration but nothing seems to be working at all and I am stuck. Please help me

The wincc runtime files called PDATA files, search for it, you should find tow files, one for the project and the other is for passwords on project, copy them, run them in any device has the wincc runtime program
