This is my first reaction to MORISSETTE AMON, and I just gave an honest reaction to this video. It was my first time watching this video and listening to MORISSETTE AMON singing "AKIN KA NA LANG", and i was shocked and excited at the same time... It's an emotional reaction to a very cool video of Morissette and you should watch it if you like listening to amazing singers from the Philippines. This video is entertaining and educational at the same time.

iReverse thinks she belongs to the alley of Mariah and Whitney actually.
The whistle tone was impressive but that run at the end was even more amazing! To sustain that full voice with dips and crescendos for at least 10 seconds without taking a breath and no loss of power was absolutely incredible! I don’t think I’ve heard another pop singer do that, ever!
I'm a big fan of this young lady. I just want to comment about the reverence you had for Morissette throughout this reaction. As a fan who has been watching reactions for years. It's always nice to see that kind of respect. She is an incredibly special artist and I'm so glad you had her on your channel! I'm looking forward to more of her here!

She is a 6 octave now because of her very low register, just check out her rendition of memory from cats to hear the lows and the highs, the lows are what she has been working on in this quarantine period, and she's mastered it.
@@steveheckle8847 I just watched memory (CATS) and heard no particularly high or low notes. No whistles at all and nothing very low either. Can you give me a correct link to where she hits her lowest and highest notes? And do you know which notes they are exactly?

What baffles me about the whistle in the middle of the song, is not only is it very high, she is not just holding a note, but switching notes multiple times and for the cherry on top, it is after a long belt without a new breath. Same for the long phrase about 20 seconds later, it lasts forever without breathing.

True, other very popular singers in the US has to step on the break, then on the gas in order to pull a whistle. Mori is unpredictable that you may not know where she will put the whistle that even us fans may not know it.🥰✌️

@@annsouren I'm old enough to witness lots of singers including the times of Frank Sinatra, Elvis, Matt Monroe, Englebert, Tom Jones, Rock bands of 80's, Boybands of 90's, RnB Pop, Whitney, Mariah, and the current Millennials. I found that if you list all her singing skills, there are too much that no other can match Mori. She can sing any songs and in several languages. Many popular artist in the US do not leave their comfort zones to avoid mistakes. 🥰✌️

Ur right, this is a very difficult song considering the high notes, the belting, all the riffs and runs and vocal dynamics, you'll end up gasping for breath and if ever you've pass all that, then ultimately you have to deal with that killer whistle note, without it this song has no life, many have tried but no one comes close, only Morissette can sing this song.

The way she sang, you can feel her heart overflows with kindness, emotions and compassion. She is the serenity amidst the chaos of what's going on with the world right now. With her heavenly vocal control, techniques, runs, riffs, range, resonance, register, timbre, squeaks, breaks, cracks, cry, fry, growl, vibrato, tone, pitch, belt, chest voice, head voice, mixed voice and who doesn't remember her divine whistle notes (let's not forget about that) that are all so majestic she can easily sedates everyone's life turbulence and turned it into hope and love and music. First off coach, I always love your reactions to Filipino artist and now you're finally reacted to the great Morissette. Your face, you were awed by the vastness of her voice. Ladies and gentlemen, what you have just witnessed based by the looks from her face, she's having a series of what you called an "EARGASM". Yeah, this is what usually happens to uhmm.. I don't know.. to Everyone everytime they listens to our "Asia's Phoenix", "The Slay Queen", "The Philippines' Pride" and our one and only Morissette Amon. What happened is you don't just listen to her, you experience and live Morissette Amon. It's as if you're sitting down, listening to her while she sings and then... Boom💣 unexpectedly right in the face. You didn't see it coming and all of a sudden, she rocks your world upside down over and over with her vocal control, techniques, runs, riffs, range, register, resonance, squeak, breaks, cry, vibrato, tone, belt and who doesn't remember her divine whistle notes let's not forget about that. You see, she does not only have a lots of character to her vocals but also the genuinely expressions from her very beautiful face, there is so much passion and talent to convey emotion and connection which really assists in delivering the story of the song. She is the living manifestation of an euphonious angelic voice, who comes down from the heavens to drench everyone's heart with an overabundance of everlasting love. It's like someone roundhouse kick you at the back of your soul and you're going into a limbo in a world where hatred and chaos doesn't exist, what there is only peace and love. She leaves you stranded with an overwhelmed of speechless emotions. Be careful though once you've entered into her world there is no turning back. You'd be addictive to her, mesmerize by her, enchanted by her, lost by her. The irony is in the end there is no end because you'll end up with wanting more and more of her and you can't just never get enough.
