The iPhone 5s camera doesn't work, it just randomly stopped working one day! There is a yellow exclamation mark in the top left corner. I must have tried everything! It used to charge normally until yesterday, Apple gave me the notification which said that my battery was charged upto 80% so i turned it on and my phone said it had only 16% and then it proceeded to die on me. I’ve been trying to charge it and it just showed me the battery symbol! It still gave me this same thing today so I looked up how to fix this and came onto this video and God bless you for making this, this was really helpful! My phone went on again, started to reboot and it’s fully charged and all good now! Thank you so so much this saved all my music! 😫😫

I have the same problem, keep your phone plugged in and turn it around so it's on its face. Get a hair dryer and put it on the low speed. Heat the back middle of the phone up until it's hot to touch. This worked for me I hope it does for you too!
