I love lamb, so I was quite happy to see this video! I make sorfrito in large batches and freeze it for later. I usually blend about half of it to a paste for tossing into pizza sauce and other smooth recipes. Freeze it in small jars.

Ok, you're using my favorite sauce, which I make all my sauces with. Crushed specifically. perfectly done peter.
