The global version which have google service is available for purchase on foreign country so if you want to bring one to the US,you could but I could not guarantee the 5G will work from time to time due to maybe incompatible hardware.

It does. I also only use gestures and had to look it up. Xiaomi has a ton of options "almost" on par with how many Samsung gives.
