I have never seen a sled with handles, but I like it. Never made a fence straight so that I could have a support bump in the middle, high enough for taller saw height. But with the slots, I can make a taller flat fence, with t-track and a flip-stop, and still be able to grip the wood.
Hello my friend. Good idea. I watched you curiously. Very handy for slideway cutting, turning and stopping. really good idea. congratulations. Thank you for sharing. warm embrace. Yours truly....
Wonderful. Thanks! I cant believe that I have two accurate stainless rules that I never use for wood work. I am transferring them to the shop from my office desk. And your accent is just fine thanks.
The fact that the support part is round at the bottom makes it self squaring. As soon as the wing nut is tensioned the round part will align with the t-track.
I make one but when I butt the cut piece against the swing arm, there is a bit of lateral play. So my cuts aren't accurate 🥺 would you have any suggestions to eliminate this? Thanks
Hey nice work! did you do the little cut on that side of the plastik that lays directly on the meassurement-tape? If so - Ok, my question answered - if not, I would recommend to do it on that siede which will lay directly on the tape - parallax error
While your projects are useful and clear, the most promising element of your videos for the "self-taught" (a US thing) like me is exposure to your methods of work. I wonder, were you subject to a rigorous apprenticeship?
Thanks for starting the video with what is going to be built. Really helps me understand what is happening through the rest of the video.
Crystal clear instructions / commentary, quietly narrated. Brilliant video, thank you.
Thanks man.
Forget the flip stops, the hand holes in the sledge guide preventing fingers getting caught in the saw blade is a brilliant detail. Well done!
Thank you
I thoroughly enjoy your videos-the way you zoom in to show details is most helpful. 👍🏻
Thanks
Exactly, I wish he held some of them just a little longer.
Really like your fence, brilliant.
I really like how you make your own accessories. Beautiful work sir.

Grazie!
Could you please explain what makes it self squaring?
The fact that the support part is round at the bottom makes it self squaring. As soon as the wing nut is tensioned the round part will align with the t-track.
Thank you. I didn't find that self-evident either.
Nice!
Thanks

When ever my screws are to long I will start the screws and remove them and grind them shorter
Where do you source your wing bolts?
I get them from a near by hardware store. But in the Future I will 3D print them.
Good
Thank you.
👍👍👍
Very nice canal. Good job. But very fast video.
Thank you. You're not the first that mention that. I can make slower videos in the future but they will be longer.
Awesome, where can I buy the tape measurement you've cut to add to the jig?.
I bought it on amazon. Look here there are plenty of such adhesive tape measures : www.amazon.com/s?k=adhesive+tape+measure&ref=nb_sb_noss_1
9:50 Wait what?
Did you mean the fold down vise?

How did you add on the center point marking to your self made marking tool & how does the center point finder work with it, please?
Look at his construction video for the self made marking tool ua-cam.com/video/zJA_ILfPZ7s/v-deo.html
Has anyone ever told you that you sound a lot like Arnold Schwarzenegger?

Thank you. What do you mean by rigorous apprenticeship?
I'm so.glad, that your tools are sooo much better than your english articulation 😀😃😄😁😆
Awesome flip stop - *but* this accent is absolutely *lethal* .
I bought Woodprix once and now I have lifetime access to thousands of woodworking projects.
