@@lucius26 yearly increment is 3 percent. In ten years salary would increase by 40 percent almost. And plus tere is new pay commission every 10 years. So hard to say about pay commission but if only increment is considered then salary would be almost 1 lakh in hand for x city.
If pay commission is included then may be 1 lakh 25 minimum.
