What parents and teachers really need to do is not just to clamp down hard on bullies and look into the possibility of them being bullied themselves, but to teach the students to stand up for themselves. The reason there's so much oppression even at workplaces is that these bullies grow up learning to manipulate and threaten others and to get away with it. People NEED to be comfortable speaking up when there's a need to.
You are right about that, I've been bullied for 8 years yet nobody taught me to defend myself, so I had to do it all by myself by self-learning. I actually wished people truly cared about others like brothers and sisters instead of being selfish or either minding their own businesses. I told my middle school’s dean that I was being bullied and he forced us to hold a conference together where she was like “well she hurt my feelings first by making it seem like she didn’t want to sit next to me” after I told them how she insulted what I ate and wore and even resorted to trying to push me down the school stairs among other things so the school was told me to apologize to her because she was having a ‘hard time’, then the next day they hold a school wide town hall and start saying “you should talk to the person you are trying to accuse of bullying. It may have been a huge misunderstanding.’ and he blatantly stared at me when saying it, basically calling me out, after that I got really uncomfortable at the school because it wasn’t the first time I had been bullied especially at the school, and I got the same results when I told someone. I tried to end my life because of it.

@@migi741 it's "Dissociative identity disorder", a disorder that creates multiple personalities to protect the life of the holder after a very intense trauma where the person feels like they are dying. It's very complexe and interesting, but certainly not fun. If you want to know more, I recommend the channel DissociaDID, they have DID and explain it very well.

I agree to a certain extent. You should only personally intervene if it doesn't mean that you will also be placed in physical danger. Otherwise, you should contact some form of authority to handle the situation. This is effective bystander intervention!
Korea protects criminals, so no one interferes when he sees someone in front of him being subjected to violence, because if he intervenes, he will face problems, and in the end, the person who harms the victim will not be punished, so no one helps the victim because he knows that the aggressor will not be punished

This reminded me of this boy who use to bully me badly because i had lost my mother at such a young age. After i left the school i told him karma will find him at the right time. About a year later he was killed in a hit and run. Karma did get him but i wish death on no one.

Often it was a miracle for the victim and they were the victims' companions who hated the bully. They went to her grave and rubbed her grave and urinated on her grave and vomited and spat in her grave. I went to her grave two days ago and her grave was brutally destroyed and it was full of blood and dirt

But we also need parents to be more on the lookout for their kids behaviour and maybe teach them about bullying and etc.? Ok so the girl didn't even have an influncial parent who could ruin your career yet everyone was shit scared of this girl. I have luckily never faced something this bad so I don't know what a person in this situation would do but hitting this girl did seem like a possibility.

But then think about it the other way around- The other girl went through that but it doesn’t mean she should do that. It’s kinda complex issue and I don’t know if I think she deserves it. All I know is that it shouldn’t have happened in the first place and that you should never do that to anyone and I feel so bad for the girl that was bullied. No one deserves to be treated that way. Those people are sick. Ugh! I can’t believe no one stood up for her. Those teachers need to be fired too. I can’t believe no one did anything.

This reminded me of this boy who use to bully me badly because i had lost my mother at such a young age. After i left the school i told him karma will find him at the right time. About a year later he was killed in a hit and run. Karma did get him but i wish death on no one.

When the police came, they arrested the bully. The bully was called Remas. The police locked her in prison for a week. They tortured and flogged her 809 times and tortured her in the most horrific ways. Then she was brutally executed, and the victim learned about the bully harvest. Often it was a miracle for the victim and they were the victims' companions who hated the bully. They went to her grave and rubbed her grave and urinated on her grave and vomited and spat in her grave. I went to her grave two days ago and her grave was brutally destroyed and it was full of blood and dirt

Because of one incident, the others fear to commit the same crime, which is for me an ideal way of stopping mishaps from happening in the future. But we also need parents to be more on the lookout for their kids behaviour and maybe teach them about bullying and etc.? Maybe this will also help the kids to understand what degree of a crime it is to ruin someone mentally and hurt physically

I recently watched this movie. I don't know how much of this true in Korea bullying in schools. But in Indian schools these type of issues decided by 2 methods.
1. How many people both party can gather on their sides.

actually I was bullied by my fake friends 1 and half year when I am 6th class after 1 and half year I tried to suicide but first my parents and handicapped sister popped up in my mind so stoped trying suicide and fight back with them and soo many months later I got justice about them means they are kicked out from school. So please stop bullying some are so sentive and weak like me some of them fight back with them but some are try to hurt themselves stop it bullying is not a joke if now another kids get bullied after your kids
