I have been performing Shiv ling abhisek for the last 25 years .. nearly regularly..Lord Mahadev is my Ishta deveta and I have seen miracles happening in my Shiv ling. I have seen om being formed in my Shiv ling but iam going through a tough phase in my life but I still do my puja regularly but my mind is not in control .. Iam not all to concentrate in my puja but still idol it .. I feel angry and frustrated with my life but I still believe that it's because of my past karma I am going through this bad phase. Pl help me how can I concentrate in my daily puja ..om namah sivay
If you are really doing what you said you doing then don't stop siv ji taking pariksha of you as a matter of fact do it more intensely but most importantly believe that shiv ji is watching you and waiting for the right moment just belive everything will be fine in the end until then it's not the end
I have a question, I've been doing mantra sadhana of Hanuman ji like repeating a specific mantra for a certain amount of time, so like Rajarshy Nandi sir said that you have to do sadhana for atleast 3-4 years minimum in between that 3-4 years is celibacy needed? Like if my celibacy breaks after some months as in i engage myself in sexual thoughts n things will I have to start from zero again? Even tho this 3-4 year time is for beginners? So even in Nitya Puja which you have to do for years n years do you have to even from the beginner level keep celibacy?
Eat healthy work hard sleep well.. Dont think anything bad about others... Dont think evil... See god in each and every being..take care of your parents well . According to me this is the greatest saadhana in life.

I have no guru no guidance so i started with ganesh atharvashirsha and vishnu sahasranaam stotra. Since the last one year i was reading ma durgas 108 names and 32 names daily but only once. After listening to you i did 108 malas of 32 names of ma in navratras . Now i am doing 32 times daily and will continue for rest of my life .

Sir, you brought back dev aaradhana to my life. Comments like these dev are imagination of ancestors they don't exist etc, life Situation kept me away from it. After hearing your experience, read your book, motivated me to jaap etc. As I don't have Guru etc here in Europe. Vanakam Anna! Love listening to your talks! There's always a sense of excitement when you post a new video and I know that I'll be learning something new each time. Might be asking too much by requesting English subtitles for those of us outside of Bharat, it can be pretty time consuming haha..and we understand. Would greatly greatly appreciate it if you could put out the information you shared in this video but in English instead, at some point or the other, or when the mood strikes haha. Hanuman is one deity I felt a strong draw towards as a kid. I came across a murthi of a deity called 'Adhyanta prabhu' at an Anjaneyar temple during mahashivaratri this year. The deity's left part of his body was that of Ganesha and his right half that of Hanuman (from the viewer's perspective). I could barely find any information regarding this deity online so it would be lovely if you're familiar with this form and could shed some light about it. Some bits of information I did manage to find about 'Adhyanta prabhu' is that Ganesha represents the 'beginning' and Hanuman represents the 'end'. And in terms of sadhana one should start with the upasana of Ganesha (which I've heard you say as well) and end with the upasana of Hanuman, as a natural progression. In that spirit it would be amazing if you discussed Ganesha as well for those of us wanting to start off with some upasana and build a stable base and platform. Anyways just some thoughts I had and maybe some video ideas for you in the future haha. We all greatly appreciate and relish the work you're doing Anna. Rajarshi Maharaj. I wish to hear about pratyangira maiyya from you. I am her upasak but when my very nature changed to becoming too angry and effected my relationships, I reduced upasana. She blessed me in my career but I could not go the extra mile that would have given mantra siddhi. Please bless the society with a few words about her.
If you have Anger issue then do mantra Japa slowly which will calm your mind. Just breathe and in every inhale you keep reciting the mantra every inhale and exhale should be done consciously . And after 5,10 days your anger issue will be gone . Or just Keep chanting om nama shivaye or sarashowti stotram this has helped me alot. Dont Rush just Surrender to Divine.
@@random999v thank you sir. I was chanting the mantra day and night and the fire that pratyangira devi is, engulfed me. And when I got angry with one of the shishyas of my guru she was released from my being and went against that person. Fortunately that person is a far more advanced upasak and was able to shield herself. I fell at her feet and she was very generous to not take any reciprocal action. She is a kali siddha. For a few months I felt good that my upasana has advanced. But that was not spiritual progress. I was further mired in ego and anger with those near and dear to me.
@@vidhyanadh . Just sit calmly do jaapa slowly due to the energy of devi is fierce our body wont be able to handle due to this reason many people get mental illnesses so thats why there is a padhati. As for myself i dont have a initiation , i dont go for guru i just chant name of the devi whom i was worship just her name because she is the mother and she knows all where to take you guide you and she will become your guru also. just sit calmly, finish all your work home, office then sit quietly with the devi just in inhale exhale chant devi name slowly whatever comes in you mind slice it with devi name but do it slowly calmly in 10,15 days time you will not have that much of anger issue wich you have now. Actually I started with Hanuman chalisa when I was diagnosed with ocd and after 3 years I don't know how but I started doing ram jaap. Now my soul is so much in ram jaap and I believe it was hanumanji who took me there. I want to know about it. Please giude. My husband thinks because of my mental state I am doing sadhna but its not that i just want immerse in divine

Yes it is karma. First stage of sadhna is karma cleansing. It begins the moment we start praying. It can be good, bad or both.
to reduce and ultimately remove bad karma, do good karma like donation, helping others, non judging others, good behaviour with others.

Difference between a teacher & good teacher/mentor/Guru. Between a sadhak & normal religious person following Hinduism..Sir so simply explained all relevant points. Never met a person with such clear spritual rules, jargons. everyone makes it so complicated without any clarity 🌺🙏🌺 its a blessing of Maa only that getting guidance by your voice.

Sir, you brought back dev aaradhana to my life. Comments like these dev are imagination of ancestors they don't exist etc, life Situation kept me away from it. After hearing your experience, read your book, motivated me to jaap etc. As I don't have Guru etc here in Europe. But still follow your guidance started basic jaap etc. Keep guiding here and may be more book on Sadhna.Please understand there are lot who have no chanse of getting Guru, getting guidance from authentic source here is big luck. Might be asking too much by requesting English subtitles for those of us outside of Bharat, it can be pretty time consuming haha..and we understand. Would greatly greatly appreciate it if you could put out the information you shared in this video but in English instead, at some point or the other, or when the mood strikes haha. Hanuman is one deity I felt a strong draw towards as a kid.
I came across a murthi of a deity called 'Adhyanta prabhu' at an Anjaneyar temple during mahashivaratri this year. The deity's left part of his body was that of Ganesha and his right half that of Hanuman (from the viewer's perspective). I could barely find any information regarding this deity online so it would be lovely if you're familiar with this form and could shed some light about it.
Some bits of information I did manage to find about 'Adhyanta prabhu' is that Ganesha represents the 'beginning' and Hanuman represents the 'end'. And in terms of sadhana one should start with the upasana of Ganesha (which I've heard you say as well) and end with the upasana of Hanuman, as a natural progression.
In that spirit it would be amazing if you discussed Ganesha as well for those of us wanting to start off with some upasana and build a stable base and platform.
Anyways just some thoughts I had and maybe some video ideas for you in the future haha. We all greatly appreciate and relish the work you're doing Anna. Keep doing what you're doing, it's obviously helping lots of people! Oh and any updates on your 'Adhyatmikta' book? It's definitely on my to-read list!

Rajarshi Maharaj. I wish to hear about pratyangira maiyya from you. I am her upasak but when my very nature changed to becoming too angry and effected my relationships, I reduced upasana. She blessed me in my career but I could not go the extra mile that would have given mantra siddhi. Please bless the society with a few words about her.
If you have Anger issue then do mantra Japa slowly which will calm your mind. Just breathe and in every inhale you keep reciting the mantra every inhale and exhale should be done consciously . And after 5,10 days your anger issue will be gone . Or just Keep chanting om nama shivaye or sarashowti stotram this has helped me alot. Dont Rush just Surrender to Divine.
@@random999v thank you sir. I was chanting the mantra day and night and the fire that pratyangira devi is, engulfed me. And when I got angry with one of the shishyas of my guru she was released from my being and went against that person. Fortunately that person is a far more advanced upasak and was able to shield herself. I fell at her feet and she was very generous to not take any reciprocal action. She is a kali siddha. For a few months I felt good that my upasana has advanced. But that was not spiritual progress. I was further mired in ego and anger with those near and dear to me.
@@vidhyanadh . Just sit calmly do jaapa slowly due to the energy of devi is fierce our body wont be able to handle due to this reason many people get mental illnesses so thats why there is a padhati. As for myself i dont have a initiation , i dont go for guru i just chant name of the devi whom i was worship just her name because she is the mother and she knows all where to take you guide you and she will become your guru also. just sit calmly, finish all your work home, office then sit quietly with the devi just in inhale exhale chant devi name slowly whatever comes in you mind slice it with devi name but do it slowly calmly in 10,15 days time you will not have that much of anger issue wich you have now. I didn't know some of these things from my cultural upbringing in a North Indian Punjabi vegetarian family...though I have progressed to a Spiritual path rather than stay on Bhakti Marg. Actually I started with Hanuman chalisa when I was diagnosed with ocd and after 3 years I don't know how but I started doing ram jaap. Now my soul is so much in ram jaap and I believe it was hanumanji who took me there. I want to know about it. Please giude. My husband thinks because of my mental state I am doing sadhna but its not that i just want immerse in divine
