Map the web directory on your PC

Step 1: Perform Server Side Configurations
Make sure that you’ve Qloud for remote file system exchange.
Open Security in the Qloud app.
Open Devices & Sessions.
Select Create new app password.
Type a password and confirm.
Step 2: Perform Client Side Configurations
Double-click on This PC icon.
Click on the Map Network Drive icon on the top.
Windows will open a new wizard.
Specify a drive name (such as Y:)
Type your folder path (example path given on the screen):
efss.qloud.my/...
Check the box Reconnect at sign in.
Click on Next.
Type your user name & password and click on OK.
Important
If you’re unable to connect due to any reason, press Windows Key + R.
Type services.msc and click on OK.
Stop and restart the WebClient service.
Also, make sure the WebClient service is set to run automatically.
