I'm not on no gang shid but I knew a lot of Bloods so people used to think I was Blood. I grew up hoopin in the OAK PARK SUMMER LEAGUE. Stayed in Freeport, Off Stockton between Mack & Florin, In Greenhaven then in the North Off Madison down the street from Foothills HS. Seen my dawg Oscar in this video. My cousin Duece Ball is from 29th street. We moved from Oakland to Sac in the 80s. I love what my city was as a youngsta but now its wack with all the politics. When I go back & visit, I stay out they way.

I'm from Sac and I just wanna clarify that Oak Park was considered the very end of the south up until this war started. It can definitely be debated based on Oak Park's geographic location within the city of Sacramento, but I personally have always considered it the far end of South Sac because you can get to every hood in the south off of the 99 North Freeway aka South Sacramento Freeway. There are 2 exits off of that freeway that can lead you into Oak Park - 12th Ave exit and Broadway exit based on which direction you turn.
The P is across the other side of 50 Mac center and is the heart of the South like G parkway and shit I barely consider the P the south lol but you right

I was lil bad ass asian kid (hmong) back in 1990- 1994 in north sac. I was around all the real mofo that was doing dirty and sweatin & beating up everyone who enter our hood. I done seen it all and heard it all... even though i was never a banger. i was that lil kid who was always out side stealing bikes and skipping school. My momma use to whoop my ass bad when the cops took me home all the time... sac will always be a part of me as long as i live. It made me who i am today. You know whats crazy...in every city its the same story. You can tell who the big dog in the city is by how the city move around one specific hood. In San Diego it could be the Skylines, in LA ot can be the 60's in Sac its definitely Oak Park. They whole city united to go against them. And these aren't small hoods DPH is a very big gang, Meadowview is no small gang. Those are two grand size sets with a shit load of small hoods including all the crips (granted not many exist). Then you have Oak Park, and if you've every been to the penitentiary then you already know they run the Sacramento car. Their the first hood up North who weren't impressed with LA and put Sacramento on the map. Then in the 80's and 90's in CYA they were the only Bloods from up North homies from LA would fuck with because they pushed the culture effortlessly...it was a easy fit.
