- In today’s video, we are getting our liquid nitrogen on our silage ground, we have a look at how we spread the liquid with our Amazone sprayer, we see what’s been going on with the David brown 1212, look at some of the latest arrivals in the cow shed and have a question and answer session on the 6R215 tractor review from the last video.

Like the vintage David Browns they look great I grew up on our farm with a 990 great tractor
Same here. Also had 990. We love them. Have a soft spot for them 😁💪🏻
@@gerry6420were they the ones that kept breaking the crankshaft?
Good to see the progress on the 1212. Worked for a contractor years ago and in their fleet was a DB1210 and DB1412, lovely tractors also had a 188 MF with FlexiCab and a MF590 which also had the MF80 loader for it, The heavier work was done with a 3140JD and had an 1135 and 1155 at some stage while waiting for the 3140. All good times. We grew up with a DB 880 Selectmatic Red and then later an MF65 , Zrtor 3511 and Ursus C-355 (Zetor 5512), Now Brother farms with a Zetor 8011 from 1979 and a MF4260 4WD with a Rosmore loader. Like the 6930 and the 6R215, Love the 3650 and the job you done on it.
Very honest and interesting video, best of luck
Great videos in general Gerry. One thing I think John Deere have missed a trick on any of their tractors is an exhaust brake. New Holland / Case have them and it’s some job when you have weight on pulling trailers or that.
Great to see the David Brown on the channel, oldskool 🚜👍👍👍
Great to see the sprayer working, the tec behind it really does leave for next to no overlap or wastage.
I hope i’m not right about the weather, pouring here again! 😞
Ho lad that was a class video of you doing the land and your great John deere tarter and your good cows and calf 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Great video Gerry 👍 so many topics covered in depth great information 👌
Another great video Gerry great to see the David Brown on the channel you can get new steel side panels for it
Great video Gerry as always 👌

Wow cool buttons on tractor , would never be able to operate it with four manual spools 😂 for 150 thousand euro less 👏
Had david brown.back in day.drawing in. Would not let trailer down after dumping load silage not sure what problem
Gerry where did you get the extra hydraulic kit for the 1212. Would like to do the same on my 1210
Hope to see the brown on the baler.
Great video Gerry. David Brown really coming together nicely. Your Dad is some man for restoring Tractors, 👏🏻
Hi Gerry. I'm assuming the David Brown will only be out at the hay? Put a roof on it and forget about windscreen and side panels. They'll only destroy the paiintwork on the bonnet and side panels. All the best to your Dad👍
Sorry I meant mudguards🤣
Gerry a question on the liquid fertiliser- have you seen a reduction in cost with the fertiliser and is it more practical than granular fertiliser?
Wow I've heard that prices have increased but that's absolutely insane. Any particular reason for the massive price increase?
Ya didn't go sale agreed on the neighbouring field yet😂
Have you dealt with Gregan tractor spares in Wexford they were always a good option for parts. They have a extensive collection of David Brown s
Nice vid as always :) IF you should have traded in a tractor today, what would you have gotten?
At 50/60k more expensive it's getting hard to justify them. That extra money would go a long way on a good second hand of similar size and power.
Serious tractor that DB👌 Are you going to review the Smyth trailer?
great video will you purchase any more tractor like 6430 pocket rocket nice in your collection
No not at the minute. I’d like a late 7810 Deere. 40k tls. Or a 3350 big step to do with my 3650 But that’s wishful thinking. Other things I need first 😁
First

Do you find the liquid nitrogen corrosive on the sprayer? And did you have to change or upgrade anything to use it? Stainless steel pump or anything?
Hi Gerry where do you get your liquid nitrogen be interested in getting some
