i think u should scrub the shoes harder from the soft cloth(buffing 2) i mean u have to be more vigorous and not be gentle. apply more downward pressure on both the ends of the cloth and use more force(faster and more power)… for demo, u can watch the videos of “Angelo shoe shine” he is a professional. watch his 3rd latest video. in that he does the buffing thing

U actually could’ve stopped after U used that “shoe shine in a bottle” stuff on these boots. Not feelin this one at all.
