This was taken From Elvis Live at the Mid-South Coluseum in Memphis, Tennessee Album of 1974. I have the Album and bought it same day of issue. He also did the best live version of How Great thou Art Live on this Album as well... it was one of my favorite Live Albums of Elvis'...

JD Sumner gave amazing bass vocals, but give a good listen to the high voice in the last verse. So many people overlook that amazing soprano voice Kathy Westmoreland had. Elvis, of course, nothing need be said.
Anytime I listen to it and I think I can hold my emotions in check a little, as soon as I hear that soprano voice it's over. What an amazing voice she has. JD, Elvis and her complement each other so well. What a blessing 🙏🏼

We don't deserve anything. My pops passed away 5 years ago this Christmas Eve, My grandmother passed in a tornado in 2011 in Tuscaloosa and my wife was there we didn't have a scratch. My grandmother and gradpop raised me, but my I got over the differences with my pops and I still wish to this day he wouldn't have been in the military.

I believe the only music awards he ever won were for his gospel music. He has a huge music catalog but the only music awards were for his gospel that should tell everyone how awesome he was at singing gospel music. He wanted to be a gospel quartet singer when he started out but he was told after a try out that he didn’t have what it took. So he went into rock n roll but never forgot his love for God and gospel music. He also always had southern gospel groups especially quartets back him up as he knew they had the best harmonies. So he had The Jordanaires and JD Sumner and The Stamps Quartets back him up and also The Sweet Inspirations too! ❤
