If it’s job cuts you should be prepping for unemployment and if you overwhelmed and shed some tears cool cause 9x out of 10 you’ve created a plan an have discussed it an your crying at the moment may just be from the mounted pressure understandable. If you get in an accident and it stops you from working and you take pride in providing and it’s difficult and you cry understandable. As a man crying without reason and having no solution and constantly being in a position to have these breakdowns is unacceptable.

It takes a deep skill set of thinking and being beyond yourself and some women make it about themselves more then their men.
