Also, use dynamic translation to translate any text fields like description, resolution notes and activity streams like work notes, additional comments, etc.
When I am hitting on translate icon its showing unable to translate. Can you please help me to fix this?

May I ask you if you know if all the field in an HR Case form could be adapted to allow Dynamic Translations? And also do you have any video on how to use Dynamic translations to translate a Service Portal? Thanks :)
I guess yes, it could be done for most of the fields you just need to configure things accordingly. Haven't created a video for portal translation yet but it's on my list
Thanks for the Video. It was very useful to us but I am facing issue while translating text and giving below error. "credentials are missing or invalid ,contact your administrator". Do you have any idea how could we tackle this?

this has something to do with your translator service credentials if I am not wrong.
