It had this very unique and "dark" in a mysterious way "air", which made it an attention grabber. It remains one of the best Eurodance records, as with its follower Club Bizarre, also accompanied by another terrific video.
This “dark” feeling of the video can be described as Berlin or German industrial techno. A lot of it is inspired by the Germany between WW1 and before Nazis took over when Germany had a lot of sexual freedom and new art styles.

Similar in Serbia in late 90s. Third channel of our national broadcaster used to broadcast MTV, MCM and Viva.
