I love this!! I was doing a body scan of rest , listen, and I took my art journal to bed this is such a good story. The art, scrolls abd books or the history of gets me. Instead of that I should be present in the moment of how the sun rests on leaves. I feel sad oftentimes listening here takes me to another place. Thank you happy 2023💐🧤🎉🌏🎉🌍🎉🌎🎉🛌🧘.

I was listening to, this and fell asleep. And all of a sudden I was awakened by a commercial. Of course it woke me up, so what good is it to have something like this if you’re going to be awakened by commercial?
