I've got this for a week or so and so far, I just love it! I kinda wish it would be a bit heavier and the back button were bigger or closer to the handle, but still, it's my favorite pro controller. About the dpad, it is indeed mechanical button, I opened it to change the joystick for Xbox elite series 1 metal joystick and can confirm they are.
it seems like this company has good controllers but they need to work on getting a good software company to show them how to make an app that don't feel illegal to use lol I just ordered the switch controller hopefully things work out for me!

@@ba6154 thanks i ended up returning the controller the 8bitdo ultimate was better . 3d printing my own and fits great. I may get it later on since i do prefer that option.
Update on the rumble: After updating the controllers firmware through the app, the problem with the rumble not stopping sometimes seems to be gone.

@@MoltenMan85 I did not notice that issue personally and I must have at the very least 100h played so far.
I updated the firmware through the App and that seems to have fixed the rumble issue I had.
Had mine for 5 days and it was such a pain to configure I returned it today. It felt like it was super high quality though and loved the buttons.
Yeah, I don't blame you. Configuring the controller really is unnecessarily difficult and complicated.

Yeah agreed. It's still my favourite controller right now but they absolutely have to make the App easier to get and use.
