    How To Make Easy Home Made Baklava? Ingredients:
    1 egg
    ½ cup corn oil
    1 cup water - milk mixture
    4½ cup wheat flour
    1 pack baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    2 cups walnut
    150g butter
    500g wheat or corn starch
    For sherbet:
    5 cups sugar
    3½ cup water
    1 tbs lemon juice
    Baklava Recipe and How Its Made:
    1- Place egg, oil and milk in a large bowl and beat
    2- Include 2 cups of wheat flour, 1 pack of baking powder and a pinch of salt and start kneading
    3- Keep adding flour until the dough becomes a little harder and knead until it becomes smooth, then leave the dough to rest for 15 minutes
    4- Divide the dough into three equal pieces
    5- Divide each piece into 18 smaller pieces
    6- Leave the smaller pieces rest for 15 minutes
    7- Pour some starch over the countertop and spread the small pieces of doughs in dessert plate size
    8- Stack the doughs by pouring starch between each other and make three groups of stacks
    9- Roll out the stacks in baking tray size
    10- Spread walnut pieces between thin sheets of doughs and stack them on the baking tray
    11- After placing the last sheet, slice the baklava and pour melted butter over it
    12- Heat the oven to 200 C and bake baklava for 1 hours. Reduce the temperature to 160 C after first ten minutes
    13- Place water and sugar in a pot to prepare sherbet. Cook it for 15 minutes after is starts boiling. Leave it to cool after including the lemon juice
    14- Leave the baked baklava rest for 10 minutes and pour cooled sherbet over. Enjoy!
