巴塞隆拿散發住神奇的魅力，當我們走過地產商店時，實在忍唔住想要睇下樓價，一個面積1,400平方呎，6房3廁包露台的單位，售價只需70萬歐元，相當於約578萬港元。在倫敦，你可能只能買到一個半獨立式屋仔；而在香港，恐怕只能買到面積僅得三分之一的單位。
