In Portugal they tend to be discrete
"they kill their babies if it's a girl." -> This... I never heard before
@@pauvermelho It comes from when China had the "only one child per couple" law, from 1979 to 2015. Many babies where either hidden or killed, especially if it was a girl.
@@neoDarkSquall Oh I remember now... but I thought that only happen in very small cases. It was so bad that my brain erased it. But what happen if a couple had more than one baby? What did the authorities do?
@@pauvermelho I don't know. But so many babies were hidden that the official studies say it's more than 13 millions.
@@pauvermelho if they have more than one child than they have to pay the fine and that's it. Killing their children if it was a girl happens very rarely and only in villages.
The first question LIES
First guy says that’s really stupid but the fact is some Chinese do eat dogs. My co worker said he did many times. They don’t eat their pet dogs of course but if you not into pet dogs then it fair game.
Not all but some.
Some Americans eat dogs , some eat alligators , some eat rats
You know it was a delicasse in Switzerland too? Or cats in Italy? No? But it was, it's forbidden now by laws, but it was tradition is villages in Europe too.
Yes, there are dog eating restaurants in chinese countryside, but it's fading out pretty much, maybe not fast enough though(my opinion). We eat pigs and they can be highly intelligent too, or we eat indians sacred animal. These are traditions, local customs; and even you said the majority not into it.
One stereotype? Chinese= he knows kung fu.
AAHhhh... You're asking these city people if they eat everything. Ask people in the country - the answer will be yes.
Indeed, my mother lived in the country while my father lived in the cities and they told me a lot of things, especially my mother who would ramble on about how “soft” city people were and how picky they were in terms of food.
I had a dog as Pet once- ONCE 😂🤣
You should have eaten it because Chinese people eat dogs 😂😂😂😂 .
I feel like a big majority of Chinese people do, indeed, eat a LOT wider variety of animals (and parts of animals like chicken feet, duck neck, duck head, chicken heart, sheep kidney) than the majority of westerners...but of course nobody eats their pet...else it wouldn’t be much of a pet.
I find japanese girls less money hungry than chinese and I'm chinese cbc in Canada vancouver bc hitting club malls meeting women
This is from just my experience
What About to do video with Slovakia in it (like stereotypes or somethink similar to that)
Here's a BBC news article talking about how Chinese people abuse and eat dogs www.bbc.co.uk/newsbeat/article/33223450/why-the-uk-doesnt-eat-dog-meat-but-people-in-china-do
I know everyone watching this wants to see themselves as enlightened and act like they're so above believing in stereotypes, but this stereotype has merit, just not in every part of China.
These Chinese people obviously grew up in non-traditionalist urban areas, so of course they'd be less concerned with eating a traditionalist Chinese food, especially when they've been influenced by the west (which loves dogs), but the stereotype often still applies
i would never eat from chinese restaurants. i know “they denounced” the myth but i never know what kind of meat im eating. i feel like chinese people eat everything and here in america thats what they give you. and its sad bc chinese food here is not authentic cuisine but my distrust makes me stay away from it
I love Chinese woman
Good.
Why?
Chat me on email address on my channel for more explanation.
They're cute.
umm is no one going to point out the giant bruise on the woman with the short black hair's arm? Look at 4:14 or any other point in the video when she's speaking.
google/youtube what is "cupping"
So we're going to ignore in the comment section that the fact that the tattooed girl is a real cutie?
Her a few years younger and before the tattoos would be perfect.

Truth or myth, Tiananmen Square massacre
They ate insects, dogs, cats, snakes, mouses, bats... almost everything that is possible to eat without any toxic in it. That's why that got Sars and Corona.

How about the reaction China had when Pelosi went to Taiwan yesterday? The way they handle it and the relationship with Taiwan still shows how rude and ignorant this country is. That’s the culture rooted within this nation.
Romania Chiana friends come come
ah, of course, they are friendly. Sneaky people just slowly conquering all the world. Taiwan, I was with you!
Thats not the chinese people, it's their govermment .
Taiwan is ethnically Chinese(Han) too, surprise! Taiwan is a Chinese society with democracy and freedom, Mainland(China) is the oposite, but the culture is the same.
