    Muga Dali Chakuli Recipe ( Odia ) | Moong Dal Chilla Recipe by mrunalinee : Muga Chakuli ( Moong dal cheela ) is a very healthy and quick breakfast . Which is made with moong dal ( muga dali/yellow split mung dal ) , Indian spices etc. This super easy and delicious Chakuli pitha/ Cheela / Chilla is an excellent food to include in your weight loss diet , good for diabetic patient , heart patient, kids lunch box , for long travelling etc. So, must try this healthy and soft breakfast " Muga dali chakuli " at home. Enjoy it with Tomato sauce or with any chutney :)
    Ingredients :
    1. Moong Dal ( split yellow mung dal / Muga Dali ) - 1 cup ( 125 gm ) or 4 palm fulls
    2. Ginger - 2 inch
    3. Garlic Cloves - ( 4-5 )
    4. Green Chilli - ( 2-3 nos. ) , adjust according to your taste
    5. Red Chilli Flakes - 2 tsp ( or 5-6 dry red chilli ) , Optional
    6. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
    7. Chopped Coriander leaves
    8. Salt to taste
    9. Oil
