Thank you for helping me by being broken and willing to share. What grace the Lord Jesus has surrounded me with by your message and His mercy to hear me and begin to unravel me. I am having a war as well and it is with my self. My self says, you can do it! My soul says if you could have then why the cross of Christ? O God help me I am powerless and rebellious all at the same time!

Praise God for the Gospel! He continues to sanctify me, and yes I sure do need Him to do so. 23:15 "....the only person who was surprised is me." Awesome!

This was a great blessing. I serve in ministry in Kenya (East Africa) and I appreciated the transparency and reminder of how quickly we run from our (only) real Saviour and find our identity, even in the best gifts, such as ministry. Thank you, pastor Tripp.

Here’s a verse that reminds me of your story: Colossians 1:29, I think it means that Paul struggled with himself while preaching the gospel to others. That found contrite but I mean it BIG.
