How does self hypnosis work? How would you better yourself speaking to urself? Havent tried it I think of 2 ppl wen hypnosis is mentioned 1person would be like meditation..is it the same thing?

Do your boss thank you every single little thing you do even when you repeat something 1 day 100th times? Think about it, do you get a thank you every day? Even from yourself?
It doesn't reflect on his education or manner. That's their work and you judge the part of the behind the scenes.
When you work on something bigger, you more likely thank you when you reach a milestone, the end of the day or complete a project.
Education and manners are 2 different things, btw.
One can have a diploma on manner and still not using it... Perhaps, one can be self educated about work and dynamics of putting together projects.
